I created this table at the onset of my 4HourBody diet. I put all the foods that were recommended by Timothy Ferris into the table, and fleshed it out with the Nutritional Infromation accompanying products I could purchase at the local supermarket. It was pretty easy then to see exactly what I might be putting in my body on a daily basis once I started putting together certain meal e.g. Peas & Tuna. Simple right!
Going through this process actually aided me greatly in having a basic working knowledge of calories in foods I come across regularly...it improved my guesstimation abilities for times when I was winging it on a Flexible Diet type strategy e.g. on holiday - unless My strategy was to just pig-out, because hey, why not! :)
