I live life in the real world, just like you, with similar constraints & restrictions and I've learned to be frugal with time & finances to afford me the things that matter - like two hours in a café drinking coffee, writing and world watching!! Your body is letting you down! You know it...who cares if you suspect everyone else does too, the main thing is you want to change. Well, it starts with the mind, and all you have to do right now is make your mind up to actually do somethingabout it. You've taken one step towards that by coming here...Phase 1 passed - have a doughnut! Really, treat yourself, you shall soon be looking at that doughnut in a completely different way!

If you didn't have a doughnut (or whatever) congratulations...but the thing is, armed with the information contained on this site you can have your cake and eat it - yum without the tum.

In theroy body alchemy is very simple:

•Want to loose body fat...eat less and move more

•Want to pack on muscle...eat more and move more

•Want to improve endurance, power, strength, coordination, reflexes etc...move in more specific ways

•Want to improve the power of your mind...think more

•Want to improve balance...move less (ha ha the odd one out)

It really is that simple...but it can be so much more efficient (which equates to easier), fulfilling and fun than you are probably aware of.

Given that the logic of weight gain and loss, for example, is comprised of just two things (movement and munching) how come there are so many gurus out there earning mega bucks from this? Well, a lot are selling false promises...some really don't know what they are talking about...a handful are the real deal - those are the ones I stole information from (actually...I did buy loads of books, magazines and take professional courses so I'm not exactly your archetypal burglar).

Three such gurus are:

•Jon Benson - Every Other Day Diet & 7min Body

•Timothy Ferris - The 4hr Body

•Haui - a lifelong fitness friend who researched most of this stuff as a teenager in the 90s

Those guys opened my mind to more than just muscle & health magazines. The knowledge garnered from their research led to my journey of transformation when I needed it most. So to them, and all the others who contributed to my Research, the family and friends who didn't derail me (we only ever allow ourselves to be derailed anyway) I thank you.
